WHAT IS THIS & WHO CAN JOIN?
Connect4 started in August 2023 to find a way for ladies who may not have direct interactions to meet and get closer, and it has worked! That vision is not changing but what is changing is the name of our Community Growth Group and the way it is done.

Change can be seen as bad but it isn't always that way. The main mission of this ministry effort is to see ladies joining together in smaller groups for conversation and getting to know each other. That will continue to be the main mission. It will just be done differently to ensure that everyone has a similar experience.

Other things that seem pretty important and impossible are: women finding the value of sitting at the table, learning how to invite women to your table, and accepting/feeling accepted at the table. How about sharing at the table in personal and spiritual conversations and truly knowing and being known as a person?

Maybe you think, I don't need any of that! I get that completely. Maybe another sister needs you. Keep reading...Could someone walk into the room looking for YOU and there not be a YOU there? Come find out if there is someone you can help to feel comfortable at the table and be seen.

Ladies (18 and older) are welcome to join!
HOW DOES THIS WORK & WHY REGISTER
When you register for Community Growth Group, you will be added to the group communications via email and Band App where you can communicate prayer needs, and share in planning a fun outing, or a Table Talk night.

During those planned Community Growth Group (CGG) events you will be divided into smaller groups to make it easier to talk.

All we ask is that you do your best to participate. You are saying, "I want to be involved in this and need this" so hold yourself accountable to the commitment and allow this growth group to bring you closer to your sister in Christ. You can do this!
WHAT KIND OF ACTIVITIES CAN A COMMUNITY GROWTH GROUP DO?
Here are some ideas of what CGG can do ...
Paint party, Picnic, Flower picking, learn to make homemade pizza, family-style supper, coloring, brunch at a local restaurant or someone's home, set up an outdoor movie night, Table talk (the internet has gazillions of ideas for topics so pick some and go for it, or a firepit.

There are a lot of free options that require little effort.
HOW CAN I BE A FACILITATOR
Facilitators are participants of Come to the Table who are recognized to have a gift of engaging women in connection with other women. This group meets and communicates through the Connect4 session to offer support, and ideas to encourage involvement and prayer.

If you are interested in leadership contact your group facilitator or a MZBC Women's Ministry Team member to discuss your involvement in this ministry.
