The men of Mt. Zion Baptist Church (MZBC) comes together for regular fellowship meals, devotion time, and corporate worship. Often these events will include a special guest speaker involving a variety of topics that can strengthen the men in their personal relationship with Jesus Christ, their marriage, and friendships with other men.
Our events will often include the next generation from the student ministries; which are middle and high school young men. Through these events the Ironmen seek out opportunities to mentor these young men in the same ways that the Men’s Ministry seeks to encourage our men. Our young men need older gentlemen to support and encourage them in their walk with the Lord, learning skills that are necessary in daily life, and how to walk in this world for Christ.
Throughout the year the MZBC’s Men’s Ministry seeks to support churchwide functions that strengthen family and church family relationship: Racer Basketball game, Miners Baseball game and other such events.
