Jennifer Burnett has been a part of Mt. Zion Baptist Church nearly her entire life! She attended when she was a child. At twelve years old, she became part of the church family when she accepted Jesus as her Savior.  

She graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science and married Eric Burnett in the same week. Her New Year’s Resolution, as it turned the year 2000, was to read the entire Bible. It took three years and was life changing.

Jennifer previously had a seventeen-year career with the Kentucky Department for Environmental Protection. Choosing to walk away from this career to homeschool her two boys became one of the most rewarding experiences of her life. 

Jennifer loves to keep her life simple. She enjoys going to the gym and sitting on the porch and looking at God’s beautiful creation.
